Don't order the Vacay Mode Brush Set. The materials are extremely poor; the brushes were shedding on first use and the fibers were rough and painful on my face.

products are pretty good except the brow setter they need to make it less gel and sticky like balance out the consistently. honestly the shipping price isn’t worth it once bit it can take anywhere from one two three weeks for your order to ship out because of “covid” if you guys are really short handed why not higher more people? i’m assuming you don’t wanna hire more people because of money. ridiculous honestly, the business is a joke. not to mention WHO they work with. known predators, bad look and reputation for your business i guess it’s only about money.

Worst online shopping experience ever
Worst online shopping experience ever. Purchased on 24/05/2021 and paid 15euro shipping fee and still not received anything... parcel tracking no update since 09/06/2021. Customer service refused to refund saying it’s not 15 days yet after shipment....

Surprisingly fast shipping during COVID! (Shipping to London)
Reading the other reviews I was concerned that my package was going to be really late.
I ordered two pallets and they actually came within the same week of ordering them!
They do mention that it could take up to 14 working days (extra 10 working days on to of the 4 working day delivery). Very surprised by the outcome.
I haven't tried the make-up yet so I will review that once I have used them.
Overall really good experience ordering online.

Very impressed!
Recently received an order of a palette and eyeshadow base and I’m very impressed. The actual products themselves are great but it was easy to navigate my way around the site and the package came on time, even in the midst of a pandemic!

Great quality.
I put an order in, it did take a while to deliver as the dreaded Hermes were the courier.
Parcel arrived battered, damp with a hole in it. Reported to to Morphe and they replace the missing brush.
Eyeshadow sets are beauty and have amazing staying power even without the use of a primer.

never had an with products or delivery ordered 3 JACLYN HILL pallets some brushes for my daughters for christmas they arrived fast and are of the quality i expected. I like the brands on offer and they do some really good deals.

Lipstick came broken.
Lipstick came broken.. They asked me to pay for the return of a faulty item!!!
The item was around £40 would have cost £10 to return!! Had to give a broken product to family for xmas...
Will never use Morphe again and my partner LOVES using them aswell.... We're stubern and will swap brands now..
All for the price of the postage... Greedy company

Morphe purchase made in April
Brought a brush set and sponge set from morphe at the end of April when the products were on offer email from Hermes saying on the 12th May 2020 had received my parcel the next day said parcel delayed will be on the move in the next 24 hours three weeks later still the same. Contacted morphe spoke to a very nice lady called namih she advised me the parcel had been lost in transit offered me a refund or to reorder I reordered the brush set and sponge set they covered the £5.00 1-2 day delivery and arrived straight away very happy thank you

Do you realise what is happening on your EU site?
Does morphe.com realise what is happening to their EU site? Absolutely disappointing. I am reposting my review here, and I do hope someone gets back to me.I did accept the 20-day possible delay, but it's been a month already!
I placed a 101 euro order on 12/4/2020 (EU412524), which was supposedly shipped on 1/5 (who works on 1/5?) but nowhere to be found. That one has got some things meant as a gift to my daughter, and that is the reason I haven't cancelled it yet. Then, as they announced more offers,and naive as I am, on 8/5 I placed another order (EU462237).
Of course, noone responds to emails.
I have paid 160 euros and still waiting.
I wonder if they even exist, or if it is a big scam.
Thank God Paypal does exist. If this goes on, I will ask for a full refund.I am just so sorry my daughter will be disappointed... It's just no good treating people like that.
Update: Just because I do not want people to be mislead. I did get everything (by almost June).Morphe also apologised, giving me a discount for a next order due to my trouble, which was nice. I am changing my rating to two stars - nice gesture, but still...
